4105 Chromoly Bearing Carriers

Tubular trailing arms are made to fit the trailing arm clips on any Type-1 IRS torsion or our custom torsion.
Since there are several different bolt patterns of spring plates, the arms
come drilled with the two that are common to all. Use these holes to hang the arms, You can then drill the other hole where needed.

The above price requires a pair of stock trailing arms in exchange.
If no arms are exchanged, a $100 core charge will be added.
Berrien's beefed-up stock rear trailing arms, provide the strength you need, without the weight of a box kit or the expense of custom fabricated trailing arms. The factory shock mount is retained and strengthened. All tubing used to beef-up the arms is chromoly. Includes new stacked urethane bump stops.

Stock trailing arms provided for exchange must have bushings, bearings, seals, spacers, stub axles & brakes removed. We cannot take trailing arms that are assembled, bent or obviously too rusted.

These new urethane trailing arm bushings prevent vertical motion at the pivot point which is greatly magnified at the end of the arm, altering any carefully planned alignment. Kit comes complete with four bushings and two steel sleeves to do the job right. Easy slip-in installation.
Replace your rusted or missing trailing arm bolts & washers, with these brand new ones. Bolt has same metric thread pattern as stock IRS torsion housings & our replacement trailing arm clips.

Stock axle spacers just won't hold up to the abuse of off-road and hi-performance applications. Or, if you are replacing the axle bearings or doing other work on a stock car, you might as well up grade at the same time. EMPI's super duty hardened spacer sets are the answer. These babies take a licking and keep on... well you get the idea. Available for both swing axle & IRS.
IRS kit includes stub axle bearing spacers.
