Dune Buggy Windshield
Aluminum windshield with AS-1 safety glass

We offer aluminum windshield frames with AS-1 safety glass for all our fiberglass bodies. All frames are a polished and anodized aluminum extrusion.
The windshield is pre-assembled, with 16" tall glass and glazing vinyl. Also included with it is a length of bottom rubber to go between the frame & the top of your dash.
The size we stock for our Nostalgia & Lancer body is 42 1/4" dash width.
The size we stock for our Roadster-T body is 38" dash width.
Specify body model & dash width when ordering.
Other windshield sizes can be special ordered.
Although we do everything we can to ensure that our windshields have adequate packaging to prevent breakage, occasionally windshields do get broken in shipment, so value insurance is manditory on all windshields that we ship.
Installation available when buying a body & windshield at the same time.

Windshield Bottom Rubber
Replace the old or missing rubber that goes between your windshield frame & hood.
Our windshield bottom rubber (pictured above) comes in a generous 44" length.

Windshield Accessories
Add a little style to your buggy with our bolt on wind wings and windshield mount mirrors.
The brackets are CNC milled of polished aluminum and bolt easily onto our aluminum windshield frame.

NOTE: This mirror has a maximum adjustment of 16 º. It does not have enough adjustment for our Nostalgia or Lancer bodies, but will work with the Roadster-T which has a more straight up style windshield.

Steering Column Support & Windshield Installation Kit

Berrien's Steering Column Support & Windshield Installation kit, comes with all the instructions & hardware needed to support a steering column, wiper motor & securely install a dune buggy windshield.
The steering column support part of the kit is totally seperate from the windshield mounting brackets. The support spans the body near the front firewall & does not attach to the hood.
The steering column support bar is adjustable, so it will fit most Manx-style fiberglass buggy bodies.
Please specify if your buggy is left or right hand drive when ordering.
NOTE: This kit does not work with our Roadster-T or other T-style bodies.
