Our formed gussets can be used anywhere that tubing meets at a 90° angle.
They are 14 gauge flat mild steel that has been formed to match the contour of 1 1/2" tubing.

The #510 and #512 brackets both have holes for a 3/8" bolt and the holes in #553 are 1/2".
The #512 is radiused to fit 1 1/2" tubing.

Our Emergency Brake Bracket & "Y" tube are designed to use all stock VW hardware and cables. They allow you to install a true emergency brake in any buggy.
The Emergency Brake bracket & "Y" tube come standard with our Nostalgia chassis and are an option for our sand rail models.
E-Brake Tower

Now there is an easy way to use our Emergency Brake Bracket & "Y" Tube in a sandrail with twin center floor rails. Made the same height as our shift box, to provide adequate clearance above your shift tube, just weld it on & bolt the Emergency Brake bracket to it.
Brake Hose Bracket #558

Hole in bracket is for metric brake hose. Use a retainer clip to secure brake hose at bracket.

Our weld on Master Cylinder and Pedal Mounts are designed for use with a stock VW master cylinder and pedal assembly. They are standard with all partially assembled tacked kits and fully welded chassis. They are an option for the Warrior and Cruiser.
Pedal Plate Assembly

Our Pedal Plate Assembly, made from 11 gauge mild steel, is a bolt on option for those who will be using a stock VW master cylinder and pedal assembly. It replaces our weld on pedal & master cylinder mounts.
The base has the same bolt pattern as CNC pedal assemblies & the CNC adjustable pedal mounting plate.
When ordering, please specify the year of your pedal assembly:
'64 & earlier (cast pedals) or '65 and later (formed pedals).
Gas Tank Mounting Brackets #575

Radiused for 1 1/2" tubing in center of bracket.
NOTE: In order for the outlet on most tanks to clear the bar the above brackets are welded to, the brackets can not be mounted level.
Offset Tank Brackets
Radiused for 1 1/2" tubing on one end of bracket, so that they can be mounted level & have the outlet on the bottom of the tank clear the bar they are attached to.

Our sand rail shift box accepts stock or replacement, VW shifters and is designed to use the Nylon Shift Bushing or the Urethane Bushing. It comes standard with all our sandrail models.

These shift bushings are designed to prevent wear from the movement of the shift rod.
The Nylon shift bushing is a stock VW replacement part and can be used with our sand rail shift box or in the stock VW shift hanger bracket supplied with our Nostalgia chassis.
Bugpack's #5506 Urethane shift bushing is designed for use with our sand rail style shift box.
A lock ring (not pictured) for the nylon shift bushing is also available

Steering Brake Tower
