Berrien Buggy Inc. sells wholesale, only to licensed businesses, so it is necessary that you fill out and send us the application and tax exempt form. A PDF file containing these forms can be downloaded using a link at the bottom of the page.
The information on the “Dealer Application”, is used to determine if you meet our qualifications for wholesale pricing, and includes information for our records if you become a customer of ours and for referrals.
Our requirements include but are not limited to; a business resale license, a phone number listed in the business name and set business hours. Please be as thorough as possible. This information is considered to be confidential and is for Berrien Buggy Inc. use only.
Wholesale price sheets will be mailed to you when you clear the application process.
The minimum purchase to become a Berrien dealer is a combination of quantity and total dollars. You can buy a Knockdown dealership, Sand Rail dealership, Fiberglass Bodied Buggy dealership or a Full-line dealership. See the chart below.

To maintain your status as a Berrien dealer, you must buy a minimum of $1000 each year in Berrien chassis and accessories, not including fiberglass.
We reserve the right to deny wholesale pricing to anyone and the right to require additional information.
There will be no exclusive territories granted.
